She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She went on to earn her doctorate degree in dentistry, graduating number one in her class, at the University of Michigan. Dr. Fodero continued on at the University of Michigan to receive a Master of Science degree in Orthodontics. She received the Harry Sicher First Research Essay Award for her masters thesis, and is proud to have graduated from a school that has consistently been ranked as one of the top orthodontic program in the country.

Dr. Fodero opened her office in Chatham with the goal of providing quality orthodontic care that focuses on the needs and comfort of each patient in a relaxing and modern environment. By maintaining a smaller practice, she is able to spend more time answering questions and addressing concerns with each patient. Dr. Fodero continues to attend numerous courses and seminars on the practice of orthodontics to bring her patients the latest techniques and treatments. She maintains memberships in professional organization such as the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.

A transplant from Michigan, where she was born and raised, she has enjoyed living in New Jersey the last 10 years. She resides in Chatham with her two boys and her Boston terrier. She enjoys hiking, skiing, and gardening and hopes to pick up a paint brush and get back into art one day, when she has more time. In the meantime she is happy to have found a career that is both a science and an art, with the reward of getting to know her patients and giving them beautiful and healthy smiles.

Dr. Fodero has been selected by patients as "Favorite Kids' Docs" in New Jersey Family Magazine from 2009-2014.
