Tooth Token Club

At each visit, you can earn Tooth Tokens. Patients must have good oral hygiene to participate in the Tooth Token Reward Program. You earn 1 Tooth Token for arriving at your appointment with clean teeth. If you have clean teeth, you can win additional Tooth Tokens for:

• Arriving on time
• Having no broken or loose appliances
• Wearing rubber bands or removable appliances as instructed
• Achieving academic excellence (bring your report card in!)

• Participating in community service
• Winning office contests
• Awards for sports/activities

Tokens may be cashed in at any time. Prizes are gift cards to various stores in the area, such as Barnes and Nobles, Best Buy, the Short Hills Mall, Toys R Us, etc. Check out our prize display posted on the waiting room bulletin board the next time you visit our office.
