Chatham Orthodontics COVID-19 Update

As all of our thoughts are on the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share an update on how Chatham Orthodontics is responding.

In an effort to protect our community, we have decided to close our office for the next two weeks, with the possibility of closing further depending on information from the Center for Disease Control and the Department of Health.

During this time, we will still be seeing patients who have “emergent” issues, such as wire pokes or loose orthodontic appliances. We will not be replacing any broken braces or brackets, as this procedure creates an aerosol. Instead, we will be providing patients with comfort and removing any source of irritation.

The safety and health of our community, our patients and our employees, is always of the utmost importance to us.

As rates of new infections continue to grow in other places, and in the best interest of our patients and employees, we are proceeding with the closure of our office beginning today, March 16th, with a planned reopening on Tuesday, March 31st.

Because the situation is complex and evolving rapidly, our plans may change. If they do, we will let you know.

Thank you for understanding. Take care of each other! Please call our office with any questions or concerns. Our phone lines will remain open. 973-701-2200.
